Wm. Paul Young, author of bestselling Christian novel The Shack and other titles, loved Rugby so much in 2019 that he is coming back this April. (He tried to in 2020, but Covid concerns prompted cancellation.) Join the internationally-renowned author for discussions of big ideas and enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of an 1880s Victorian Village founded on the principles of Christian cooperation and equal opportunity. 5 P.M. (Eastern) Bonfire, music, and fellowship. For overnight lodgers and locals, join us for a light supper at the gazebo on the green.
Saturday, April 3
9 A.M. (Eastern) Breakfast (dutch treat) at R.M. Brooks General Store in Rugby followed by conversation with Wm. Paul Young (free). 2 P.M. (Eastern) program with the author (ticketed) at the Historic Rugby Visitor Centre. Book signing to follow. 5 P.M. (Eastern) Irish Road Bowling.
Sunday, April 4
11 A.M. (Eastern) Wm. Paul Young will be the guest speaker for services at Christ Church Episcopal in Rugby. Later (time TBA) program with the author (ticketed) at the Historic Rugby Visitor Centre. Book signing to follow. Hike, shop, tour.
