The Education Coordinator is the primary staff member responsible for the development, implementation, management, marketing, and scheduling, and general coordination of the educational programs, activities and events of Historic Rugby, and for recruiting and managing volunteers. The Education Coordinator must get along well with others, demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, have proficient computer skills, and project a positive and pleasant attitude to staff, visitors and community members. The Education Coordinator should be willing to work a flexible schedule of hours and workdays when needed, and must be able to work weekends.
