Michaelmas is a celebration of the feast of St. Michael and All Angels and is celebrated by the western church on September 29. Like Christmas the festivities are not necessarily limited to one day. The date falls close to the autumn equinox, days are getting shorter, and the annual harvest is complete. It is time to celebrate!

Christ Church-Episcopal, Rugby TN is pleased to continue this celebration. Admission is free. There will be arts, crafts, bake sale, interpretive tours of Historic Christ Church-Episcopal, and a British Cream Tea.

The only cost is ( $10.00) for the tea. Seatings for the tea are at 12:00 & 2:00 EST. Reservations are recommended: 423-628-1282 or grannymcbrayer@gmail.com

Before or after the tea, tour other Historic Buildings for a small fee and spend time in the Rugby shops. If you are still enjoying Rugby at dinner time, dine in Harrow Road Café.
