Secret Hike with Friends of the RSNA

10:00 AM Rugby Visitor Centre

Every third Saturday of the month, the Friends of the Rugby State Natural area hosts a guided hike. Sometimes the Friends will take the hikers down one of the many hidden paths not found on the Trail Map. These special treks can only be led by a guide familiar with the area and are fondly known as Rugby’s Hidden Trails or Secret Hikes.

The Rugby State Natural Area boasts beautiful slopes and loops underneath towering umbrella magnolia and hemlock. With melting frosts and heavy rains come delicate waterfalls over the sandstone overhangs, as daffodils and snowdrops poke out of the ground to greet the coming Spring.

We meet at 10:00 AM in front of the Historic Rugby Visitor Centre.
