We will be developing a corridor management plan for the Cumberland Historic Byway leading from Cumberland Gap to Celina through Clay, Overton, Pickett, Fentress, Morgan, Scott, Campbell & Claiborne counties. This is a series of community design workshop meetings to address corridor management planning for the Cumberland Historic Byway. The design workshops are an opportunity for residents of the region to participate in the development of the historic byway. The plan will investigate opportunities and resources within the byway corridor. The final outcome of the design workshop efforts will be the Cumberland Historic Byway Corridor Management Plan, which will guide development efforts for the byway in relation to economic development opportunities.
